- Payment & Transaction Metadata: Razorpay Payment Order IDs, transaction amounts, payment status (Success/Pending), and timestamp logs. We do not store full credit/debit card numbers or bank PINs on our servers.
- Counselling & Lead Requests: Phone numbers, CEFR target levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2), and inquiry messages submitted via counselling forms.

Sensitive card information and banking credentials are handled directly by Razorpay's encrypted infrastructure and are never transmitted through or stored on our servers.
5. Audio Recordings & Document Uploads
When attempting Production Orale (Speaking) or Production Écrite (Writing) tests, audio clips recorded via your microphone or PDF/image files uploaded are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. These files are accessible solely by authorized DELF Ready evaluators to provide candidate feedback and are never publicly shared or commercialized.

We integrate with trusted service providers to run our platform seamlessly:
- Google Authentication: For seamless 1-click student sign-in.
