2. Educational Services & Mock Tests
DELF Ready provides structured online French language prep courses (CEFR levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2), interactive mock exam papers, section practice modules, and certified evaluator feedback services.
- Free Sample Papers: Part 1 (Compréhension Orale) for all mock test levels is accessible free of charge upon email registration.
- Paper Unlocks: Access to full papers (Parts 2, 3, 4) requires a transparent one-time unlock fee specified per test.
- Certified Evaluator Feedback: Written & oral evaluation services provide detailed criteria-based scores and audio commentary returned by qualified instructors.
3. Student Account & Responsibilities
Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and truthful personal information during registration. You agree to safeguard your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account. Sharing account credentials for unauthorized multi-user access is prohibited.
4. Fees, Payments & Refunds
All course enrolment fees, mock test unlocks, and evaluator addon charges are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
- Payment Confirmation: Upon successful transaction completion, instant section unlock permissions are granted on your candidate account.
- Refund Policy: Due to the immediate digital delivery of test materials and allocation of evaluator time, fees paid for section unlocks and completed evaluator reviews are non-refundable, except in verified cases of technical payment processing errors.
5. Disclaimer of Official Affiliation

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
